The Aviation Designee Association is an trade organization representing the interests of our members who function worldwide in the civil aviation community. The majority of our members are designated or approved by the Federal Aviation Administration as;

• Designated Airworthiness Representatives (DAR)
• Designated Engineering Representatives (DER)
• Designated Manufacturing Inspection Representatives (DMIR), or
• Organization Designation Authorization holders (ODA)

You don't have to be a designee; we encourage anyone interested to join us as we endeavor to shape the future of our industry. Our primary focus is to provide effective leadership to all members by focusing on the regulatory and guidance aspects of the delegation with an emphasis on improving methods, skills and communication.

We work to influence the legislative, regulatory and policy process by
providing highly knowledgeable and efficient advocates to work with the
Federal Aviation Administration and other aviation authorities on behalf of our member.
