There are three new forms that have been revised and released by the FAA. All of them deal with aircraft registration. In order they are; AC Form 8050-2 Aircraft Bill of Sale; AC Form 8050-4 Certificate of Repossession of Encumbered Aircraft; and AC Form 8050-98 Aircraft Security Agreement.
These are important changes to be aware of if you a buying a personal aircraft, or if you are a broker.
